Clear Light Cedar crafts small-batch, New Mexico–made body care, home, and ritual products inspired by the scent of our high desert—Cedar, Piñon, Juniper, and sun.
We welcome partnerships with boutiques, wellness studios, markets, and curators who share our love for sustainability, craftsmanship, and place.
WHOLESALE DETAILS
Opening Order Minimum: $350
Reorder Minimum: $150
Case Pack Sizes: Most products ship in case packs of 6 units, but have 12-unit case packs.
Order Guidelines
All orders must be placed via our wholesale portal or emailed purchase order to wholesale@clearlightcedar.com
Payment is required prior to shipment unless credit terms have been established.
Turnaround time: 7–10 business days for most orders; custom or private-label items may take up to 3 weeks.
We ship from Placitas, New Mexico via UPS Ground or USPS Priority.
Retailers are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise specified during promotions.
Orders must be checked within 5 days of delivery for discrepancies or damages.
PRODUCT & BRAND GUIDELINES
To preserve the integrity of the Clear Light Cedar brand:
Products may not be sold on third-party platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or Walmart Marketplace.
Products must be sold at or above the suggested retail price (SRP) listed in your line sheet.
Photography and product descriptions are available for your use upon approval; please maintain accurate ingredient and origin information.
PAYMENT TERMS
Accepted: Credit card, ACH transfer, or PayPal.
Net 30 terms may be extended to established accounts after three consecutive prepaid orders.
Late payments accrue a 2% monthly finance charge.
RETURNS & DAMAGES
Damaged or defective products must be reported within 5 days with photos.
Approved returns or replacements will be issued at our discretion.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in color or texture are normal and not considered defects.

Q: Can I sell Clear Light Cedar products online?
Yes, if your online shop represents your retail location or brand. Third-party marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.) are not permitted.
Q: Do you offer testers or samples?
Yes! We provide 1 tester per case pack upon request. Additional testers may be purchased at 50% of wholesale cost.
Q: Can you help with product displays?
Yes—we offer branded signage, shelf cards, and small wooden displays for select collections. Ask us for current options.
Q: Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. All formulas are plant-based, cruelty-free, and made with ethically harvested New Mexico Cedar and botanicals.
Q: What’s your shelf life?
Our products are freshest within 18-36 months of purchase. We batch small to ensure freshness and potency.
Q: Do you offer exclusivity?
We consider territorial exclusivity for accounts that meet annual sales thresholds. Let’s talk if you want to be the exclusive retailer in your town or resort area.
