Founded in 1971 at a Placitas, New Mexico refurbished Forestry Station by Joshua Peine. A Hollywood actor, Joshua was known for Doomsday Machine (1976), The Detectives (1959) and Mr. Hobbs Takes a Vacation (1962). Tired of the Los Angeles grind and with big dreams, he hopped on his Harley Davidson and meandered his way up the California coast to Seattle and then down to New Mexico. He made friends instantly and they turned him onto the fragrant power of the New Mexico Cedar tree.
